Shipping Policy

We currently ship all orders using Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS. This service includes tracking and delivery confirmation so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Canada. Canada Post Expedited Parcel typically delivers within:

  • 1–3 business days locally

  • 2–6 business days regionally and nationally

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Canada Post directly first. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at donthaveacowtallow@gmail.com and we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier.
